Manda Moore- (Studio Director, Recreation & Company Instructor) Ms. Manda is the owner and director of Manda's Rhythm & Dance, LLC.  Her attention to detail, nurturing demeanor, and gift for creativity are the driving force behind the tremendous growth of her studio.  In over five years of operation, Ms. Manda has seen many successes including sold out studio performances, the development of a superior performance company, and an award winning competition team. Ms. Manda received her dance training in area dance studios and started to teach at the age of 16. Ms. Manda knew immediately that teaching dance was her passion and that she was determined to open a studio of her own. Ms. Manda attended Central Michigan University and received a degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Dance. Ms. Manda opened Manda's Rhythm & Dance in 2005 and in the Summer of 2007, was contracted to direct the dance program for Macomb Township Parks and Recreation. Ms. Manda continues her dance training with National conventions and seminars.

Maria Buchholtz- (Recreation & Company Instructor) Ms. Maria is a graduate of Wayne State University with a minor in dance education. Currently she is pursuing certification through Dance Masters of America and is a first year graduate of the program. She has studied Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz and Modern with many nationally recognized dancers over the years.  She has over 12 years of teaching and choreography experience. Ms. Maria is a former cheerleading/choreography coach for both Chippewa Valley and L’Anse Cruese High Schools.
Ms. Maria's choreography has taken taken numberous awards at local dance competitions. Her unique ballet routines won the Cathy Roe Innovative Choreography Award twice! Her lyrical routines received the Starpower Choreography Award in both 2008 and 2009.

Ashley Haynes- (Recreation Instructor) Ms. Ashley is attending Wayne State University on a full dance scholarship and was previously on her award winning high school dance team. Ms. Ashley has joined our staff this year to teach Lyrical, Tap, and Hip-Hop. Ms. Ashley is also a coach for the Lutheran High North Varsity dance team.

Cynthia Noyes- (Recreation Instructor) Ms. Cindy has studied Ballet, Tap, and  Jazz for 37 years under the direction of Charmaine’s Studio of  Dance, formerly located in Roseville, Michigan and performed  in 33 local annual shows.
She has also studied under David Howard for Ballet training at the age of 15 in New York, and other various instructors such as Jeff Shade, Ronnie DeMarco  Luigi, Nathalie Krassovska, Roger VanFleteren, Alan Sherfield, Al Gilbert, and Suzanne Hawkins.  She also maintains a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oakland University with a Minor in Statistics and works full-time with a large Advertising Agency in Birmingham.

Jennifer Pishko- (Recreation & Company Instructor) Ms. Jenn practiced and competed in dance, gymnastics and cheerleading for more than 15 years. Since earning her bachelor's degree from Ohio University in 2007, she has been coaching cheerleading and teaching dance. In addition to coaching and teaching, Ms. Jenn is also a certified personal trainer. She has many clients in Macomb and Oakland counties and runs a boot camp for women. Since starting with the studio Ms. Jenn has instructed recreational classes as well as competitive tap. She is also one of the coaches for the Lutheran High North Dance team.  When Ms. Jenn is not teaching or training she works as a director for a youth cheerleading organization. She is very excited to be at the studio!

Gracie Reiter- (Recreation Instructor) Ms. Gracie has been dancing since a very young age at local dance studios and has participated at various competitions. Ms. Gracie started as an assistant teacher at our studio and is entering her third year as an instructor for MRD and the Macomb Township Parks and Rec. She teaches Creative Movement, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Tap. She is currently enrolled at Macomb Community College and loves to teach dance.   

Karen Williams- (Recreation Instructor) Ms. Karen will be joining our staff this year, she brings over 4 decades of dancing experience including a professional national tour. Ms. Karen was trained at the Ft. Wayne Ballet Academy in Indiana for many years.  She was also very active in Ft. Wayne’s local theater groups performing and choreographing for numerous shows.  Karen has taught dance for over 3 decades owning and operating her own successful studios.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree from Indiana University as well as an Associates degree in Radiology.  Dance has been Karen’s life’s passion and she is happy to be sharing that with our students.
